Why: I like the orignal becasue it was more of a summary of the show and had one of the best representations of Jaga's role. I think we all remember the scence were Jaga is shown in front of all the Thundercats as he said he would always be watching them.

Why: The original just had more action and was more like a story. the new one has stupid voice overs and not enough action. If they'd included more from the series rather than chop up the original, it would've been worthwhile. Besides, why mess with perfection? I do like the widescreen format however......

Why: I like the orginal intro because, hey it's the Original. I hate what Toonami has done to the intro for Tcats and Voltron(note: notice they did nothing to change their Barbera crap show The Real Adventures of JQ). I guess it's just nostalgia talkin' but I miss the way it was in the 80's. No "and now back to Thundercats",no "thundercats will be back after this" with a song that fit the show's genre anyway, just Moltar pushing a button and then some crappy commercials.

Why: I liked the original intro because of that cool
part with Mumm-Ra where he's a mummy and walks
up front and in a lightning flash he's an all
powerful warrior. But dont get me wrong. I like
the Toonami Sequence almost as much, I hade a
little trouble choosing from the 2.

Why: The excitement that is felt when the old one is played. It gets your heart pumping. You start to get so excited and dont want to sit still. Just cant wait for it to start going.

Why: Why? Because I hate those Toonami sequences. The guy in the funny rubber suit (I know its computer-generated, but what the hey) annoyed me when I first saw him, and I can't stand his voice! The least they could have done was keep the theme song..... Anyway, the original intro had its problems too... they never changed it from season-to-season, leaving out the "new" TC's. Not to mention every time I see it I wonder whatever happened to the Mutant Army (I know they got bored and went home after Slithe and the others were shot down, but you gotta wonder why we don't have the Army anyway.)

many times that it's just boring. The new one
at least has the New Thundercats included. I don't
think Toonami has taken anything away from the show.
At least they still show the episodes.
